Light Activated LED

Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories presents us with a cool and simple project. I think this will catch your eyes because its very simple to build and the effect is cool. I know that in my first year of electronics i wanted to build something like this, and had to do allot of search on the internet to find something like this and was much more complicated than this schematic. So beginners can do this project without a problem. How it works ? The circuit is based on a LTR-4206E phototransistor. The black package blocks visible light, so it is only sensitive to infrared light– it sees sunlight and incandescent lights, but not fluorescent or (most) discharge lamps it really will come on at night. And the rest is history, start building it right now and you will see how cool it is. Follow the link for full project info Link.

Simple Led Christmass Tree

Very Simple indeed, just a bunch of led’s and resistors stuck together to create a Christmas tree. The project is very recommended to beginners. You can just build one to see how it works or you can make as many of them as you need(maybe you want to decorate something with these). The top led is a red/green flashing led, you can buy this from anywhere and if you connect them to power they will start blinking. The diagram though very simple is in the Flickr set. Good luck building it.

Team Cynergy presents this article with step by step instructions on how to program an electronics kit to use a laser as motion detector and fire a gun with the sensor is triggered. The paintball gun can cause serious injuries if not used correctly. So be careful how you use this project if you decide to build it, don’t start making bad jokes on your friends because someone could get hurt. Good lock with the project.

I got these pictures from a chineese website. They say that these pictures represent screenshots from google os which i find kind of hard to believe. First of all Google is a big company and i think they don’t alow information leeks like this one. If they want to show us pictures or screenshots of the Google OS i am sure we will be hearing this from them, and not from some chinese website. And second, the pictures don’t look good at all, i dont think that Google will make such a bad looking OS. I am sure Google OS will look better than this, and i cant wait for it to be released. Here is the gOS screenshots below, tell me what you think about them

How-to: Parabolic Microphone

How-to: Parabolic Microphone

Jim Lee: “It looks pretty good, weighs practically nothing, and disassembles easily. This paint roller handle is actually adjustable. Just a twist of the handle and it extends up to 19 inches. The umbrella itself opens to about 19 inches in diameter. It is necessary to remove the headband and punch a hole in the very top for the handle. Otherwise, no modificatins to the umbrella are needed. As for the handle, remove the plastic roller holders, file off the little burrs that hold them on, and you are in business.”

My opinion :  you can use it as fun project and discover some electronics, or you can use it as a spy-project which i don’t encourage because it could get you in trouble. Be careful how you use it, good luck building it!
