March 6th, 2008 POV watch with binary mode
Probably the most exiting feature is POV mode what means “Persistence-Of-Vision” - time is displayed when swiped in the air. POV mode uses only 5 LEDs aligned in a single row. Clock is made of PIC16LF628A microcontroller that controls super-bright LEDs. Watch is powered from 70mAh lithium-ion polymer battery that can be charged from USB via MAX1555 Li-ion charging IC.
