The primary shipping option is Standard Mail, which is uninsured and trackable(you get a tracking number that allows you to track the package once it enters the destination country on the local post website, for example if a package is headed to USA you can track it on USPS once it enters the USA)
The secondary shipping option is Express Mail Service which is insured & trackable with a transit time of 5 days. This is more expensive than the Standard Mail option but if you're in a hurry it can save you.(you get a tracking number that allows you to track the package once it enters the destination country on the local post website, for example if a package is headed to USA you can track it on USPS once it enters the USA)
